The Uttarakhand State Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) is inviting sealed bids through an Open Tender process for a comprehensive project to develop exhibits and facilities at Champawat. This Request for Proposal (RFP) encompasses Content Research, Conceptualization, Curation, Design, Fabrication, Supply, and Installation of engaging and educational exhibits for an Agriculture Gallery, an Astronomy Space Gallery, a Fun-Science Gallery, a Science Park, and an Innovation Space. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering all aspects of these specialized galleries and interactive areas, located in Village Chowki Champawat, with a stipulated work period of 120 days. The EMD amount for this tender is ₹10,00,000, payable to the Director General UCOST, with various payment instrument options accepted. Bidders are to submit their bids in two covers, with the technical bid and pre-qualification documents to be submitted in Cover 1 and the financial bid (BOQ) in Cover 2. The tender documents will be available for download from July 24, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with the download and bid submission deadline on August 17, 2026, at 05:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM at UCOST Vigyan Dham Jhajra Sudhowala, Dehradun. The bid opening will take place on August 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM in Dehradun.
