The MD - UPCL, through the Superintending Engineer, EDC Ranikhet, invites sealed bids from eligible Class A contractors for the comprehensive "REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING 11KV ACSR RABBIT CONDUCTOR WITH 11KV AAAC AL-59, 99 SQMM COVERED CONDUCTOR AT 11 KV DHARANAULA LINE UNDER EDD ALMORA AGAINST CAPITAL (SI) HEAD". This open tender, identified by Reference Number EDC(R)-31/2026-27, is for a Works contract with an estimated value of ₹ 2,02,25,000, to be executed on an Item Rate basis within a period of 180 days in Almora. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 5,03,000, payable to the Executive Engineer at EDD Almora, and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 11,800, payable to the Executive Engineer at EDD Ranikhet. Bids must be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (in PDF format) and Cover 2 for Finance documents (in XLS format).
