The Executive Engineer, EDD UPCL Khatima, on behalf of MD - UPCL, invites applications for an Open Tender for the construction of HT/LT lines and the erection of Distribution Transformers. This critical project aims to facilitate the release of new connections under the 33/11 kV Sub Station DPH Lohiyahad, within the operational jurisdiction of EDD Khatima. The scope of work includes line construction and transformer erection, with an estimated tender value of ₹15,00,000 and a stipulated work period of 90 days. Bidders are required to submit a Tender Fee of ₹1,180 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹45,000, payable to EE EDD Khatima. The tender will be processed through a three-cover system, with Cover 1 for Fee (DD and FDR), Cover 2 for Pre-Qualification/Technical documents, and Cover 3 for the Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The tender document is available for download from August 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and the bid submission period commences simultaneously. Bids must be submitted by August 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with the bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:00 PM.
