The Vice Chairman, DLDA Office Rudrapur, acting on behalf of the Chief Administrator, Uttarakhand Housing and Urban Development Authority Dehradun, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Tender (Reference No. USN-0188/2026) for the **construction of a hall for a proposed indoor gymnasium on the first floor of Shivalik Hall at Manoj Sarkar Stadium, Rudrapur (Udham Singh Nagar), Uttarakhand**.
