The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the repair of hard standing, paths, retaining walls, fencing, plastering, drains, culverts, and other miscellaneous works at Harsil, Sukhi, and Tekla areas under GE 871 EWS. This is an Item Rate contract. The tender document can be downloaded from 09-Jun-2025 to 28-Jun-2025 until 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 23-Jun-2025 11:00 AM and 28-Jun-2025 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 03-Jul-2025 at 11:00 AM at the office of GE 871 EWS. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹12,000 is required, payable to GE 871 EWS at Joshimath, with EMD exemption allowed through BG/ST. The tender fee is ₹500 payable to GE 871 EWS at Joshimath, and is non-exemptible. Tenderers must submit scanned copies of the application, enlistment letter with MES, demand draft for the tender cost, documents as per NIT for un-enlisted contractors, a valid employee provident fund code number, GST registration number, and the BOQ in Cover 1 and the tender documents except BOQ in cover 2 as detailed in the NIT.
