Work Description - Construction Of Tube Well, Pump House, Laying And Jointing Of Rising Main And Distribution System Of Upper Sondhowali River Ghati Water Supply Scheme Under State Sector Programme

The MD (Drinking Water) Peyjal Nigam GoUK, a State Government organization, through its Superintending Engineer, Construction Circle, UKPJN, Dehradun, invites open tenders from eligible Class B contractors for the significant civil works project titled "Construction of Tube Well, Pump House, Laying and jointing of Rising Main and Distribution system of Upper Sondhowali River Ghati Water Supply Scheme under State Sector Programme." This crucial infrastructure development, located in Dehradun, carries an estimated value of ₹3,61,00,000 (Three Crores Sixty-One Lakhs) and is expected to be completed within 365 days under an Item Rate contract. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹11,800 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹7,23,000 are required, both payable to the Executive Engineer Central Store Division UKPJN at Dehradun. Interested bidders can download tender documents starting from 21st July 2026 at 06:15 PM until 05th August 2026 at 05:00 PM. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 25th July 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Office of Superintending Engineer, Construction Circle, UKPJN, Dehradun, to address any queries. Bid submissions will commence on 28th July 2026 at 10:00 AM and close on 05th August 2026 at 05:00 PM. Bids are to be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 for Fees, Pre-Qualification, and Technical documents (including scanned copies of Tender Fees, EMD, and all required documents as per bid documents), and Cover 2 for the financial bid (Bill of Quantity).
