The Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) invites open tenders for the renovation and upgradation of type-II, III, and IV staff quarters at CSIR-IIP Mohkampur, encompassing both civil and electrical works. The project, valued at ₹1,99,49,241, includes vitrified tile work, internal painting, uPVC window installation, iron grill work, cable installation, wiring, light point installation, modular switch fitting, socket power point installation, and the installation of exhaust fans and geysers. This is an item rate contract with a work period of 365 days, and bids must remain valid for 75 days. The tender documents can be downloaded from 23-Dec-2025 10:00 AM to 05-Jan-2026 10:00 AM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23-Dec-2025 10:00 AM at the Head ESD office, Post Mohkampur Distt Dehradun. A tender fee of ₹1,180 is payable offline to the Director, CSIR-IIP. An EMD of ₹3,99,000 is also required, payable to the Director, CSIR-IIP. The required documents to be submitted in Cover 1 include receipt of tender cost deposit, receipt of EMD deposit, experience certificates, valid registration, GST registration, PAN and ESI/EPF registration, affidavit, genuineness performa, and valid electrical license. The Financial/Price bid as per format given in the tender document (BOQ) should be submitted in Cover 2.
