The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for preventive measures against seepage/leakage at LBSNAA, Mussoorie. The project encompasses diverse civil works including fixing aluminum composite panels on steel work for chajjas over windows of the Monastery Hostel and Type-V Quarters of the Mapplehays Building. It also includes restoration of a collapsed retaining wall and footpath near the Vidhyanshal Building and preventing seepage from the ground floor to the basement of the Monastery Hostel with APP-modified waterproofing membrane and granite work. The estimated cost of the project is ₹85,42,128 and the completion timeframe is 3 months. Tender documents can be downloaded from February 3rd, 2026, with a submission deadline of February 11th, 2026, at 3:00 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,70,843 is required, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of the EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, MUSSOORIE PROJECT DIVISION, CPWD, MUSSOORIE.
