The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the composite work of constructing 04 Nos T-IV Quarters, 02 Nos T-V Quarters, and 01 Nos Guest House, including internal water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, and development work at the Regional Ayurveda Research Institute (RARI), Ganiyadholi, Ranikhet, Distt Almora (UK), with a sub-component involving the Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) of Smart TVs and RO water coolers in the RARI Ranikhet Guest House. This electrical works project, referenced as NIT/RFP NO 23/AE(E)-IV/Almora/2025-26 (recall) with Tender ID 133147, has an estimated cost of ₹3,47,913. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹6,958 is required, payable in favor of the Executive Engineer CPWD Haldwani via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
