The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer-Almora, invites open tenders (NIT/RFP No. 25/EE/ACD/CPWD/Almora/2026-27) for the significant civil works project involving the Construction of ASI Mess (45 Nos. suit) including electrical work, and balance road work, for the 36th Bn. ITBP campus located in Lohaghat, Distt. Champawat (UK). This project has an estimated cost of ₹ 12,63,779 (Twelve Lakh Sixty Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Nine Rupees) and is to be completed within a period of 2 months. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 25,276, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or TC in favour of the Executive Engineer-Almora, CPWD, Almora; there is no tender fee.
