The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "Annual repair maintenance and operation (ARMO) of EI Fans, 2X500 KVA substation, 125 KVA DG Set, 200 KVA DG Set and pump at NSTI campus, Green park, Niranjanpur, Dehradun during 2025-26. (SH:- Routine maintenance of EI fans, substation, DG Set, Pump sets and Solar water heating system)". This electrical and composite work, NIT/RFP NO 122/EE(E)/DEHRADUN/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 32,68,259 with a time allowance of 12 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 65,365 is required, payable to EE-E-Dehradun via DD, FDR, or BG. Interested bidders must possess valid CPWD Building and Roads category enlistment, GST registration, a valid electrical contractor license and provide all mandatory documents listed on the tender, including EMD in acceptable form, PAN, EPFO/ESIC registration and an undertaking for associating a specialized firm for substation/DG Set/Solar maintenance if the bidder is the lowest, along with OEM association documentation with Post Graduate qualifications, and ERP training certificates as per NIT.
