The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the office of the Executive Engineer (Electrical), Dehradun, hereby invites bids for the comprehensive maintenance of critical infrastructure within the office building in the UAG complex at Kaulagarh Road, Dehradun. This tender, identified by NIT/RFP NO: 08(Recall)/EE(E)/DEHRADUN/2026-27, pertains to the upkeep of a 3X750 KVA Sub-station, 2X500 KVA DG Set, 3X250 TR AC Plant with BMS, Lift, Automatic fire alarm and fire fighting system, and a 300 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). Specifically, the scope includes the comprehensive maintenance of UPS and Precision Air Conditioning systems.
