The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for electrical and composite works under NIT No. 03(RECALL)/EE(E)/DEHRADUN/2026-27. This project encompasses comprehensive maintenance and operation including RMO of electrical sub-station, DG sets, AC plant, lifts, fire safety systems, STP, CCTV, and IT infrastructure within the USG office and residential complex at Kaulagarh Road, alongside MOEI and fans, street lighting, and RMO pump sets at the CDA Residential colony at Indira Nagar, Dehradun, during 2026-27. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 94,20,720, with an EMD of ₹ 1,88,414 payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of EE-E-Dehradun. The bid submission deadline is 3:00 PM on May 13, 2026, and bids will be opened at 3:30 PM on the same day. The work is expected to be completed within 12 months. Mandatory documents for submission include EMD, valid enlistment order of the contractor in Building and Roads category of CPWD, GST registration, valid electrical contractor license, contact details of the firm, PAN, EPFO/ESIC registration, an undertaking to associate specialized firms for key components if the bidder is the lowest, and an ERP training certificate.
