Work Description - Renovation And Upgradation Of Residential Quarters Type-i 2nos., Type-ii 2nos., Type Iii(old), 4 Nos., And Type-iv 1 No. Including Replacement Of Existing Ms Window With Aluminimum Windows, Internal And External Finishing Works, Kitchen Cabinate Works, Misc. Civil Repair Works And Upgradation Special Repair Of Electrical Worksat Nsti Campus, Haldwani During Fy 2026-27.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer-Almora, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (NIT/RFP No: 19/EE-Haldwani/2026-27, Tender ID: 162434) for the renovation and upgradation of residential quarters at the NSTI campus, Haldwani, during FY 2026-27. This comprehensive civil works project involves the renovation of two Type-I quarters, two Type-II quarters, four Type-III (old) quarters, and one Type-IV quarter. The scope of work includes the replacement of existing MS windows with aluminium windows, internal and external finishing works, kitchen cabinet installations, various miscellaneous civil repair works, and a special repair and upgradation of electrical systems. The estimated cost for this project is ₹ 53,92,458 (Fifty Three Lakh Ninety Two Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Eight Rupees), with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,07,849, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or TC in favour of the Executive Engineer-Haldwani, CPWD, Haldwani. The tender is for a period of three months and will be evaluated on a percentage bid basis.
