Work Description - Rmo Of Sub-stations, Dg Sets, Wet Riser System, Fire Alarm System, Central Heating System, Lifts, Stp Installed In Different Office Buildings Of Lbsnaa, Mussoorie. (sh:- Annul Comprehensive Maintenance Of Kirloskar Make Dg Set.)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the "RMO of Sub-Stations, DG Sets, Wet Riser System, Fire Alarm System, Central Heating System, Lifts, STP installed in different Office buildings of LBSNAA, Mussoorie. (SH:- Annul Comprehensive maintenance of Kirloskar make DG Set.)" NIT/RFP NO is 38/EE(E)/Mussoorie/2025-26, and the estimated cost of the work is ₹ 23,90,004. The earnest money deposit (EMD) required is ₹ 47,800 and can be paid via DD, FDR, or BG in favor of Chandigarh - CE - Dehradun - EE-(E)-Dehradun. The bid submission start date is November 26, 2025, and the deadline for submission is December 3, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Bids will be opened on December 3, 2025, at 3:30 PM. Key mandatory documents include, but are not limited to, copy of receipt of deposition of original EMD, Registration with CPWD in appropriate class, Experience certificate, Authorization certificate issued by OEM i.e. Kirloskar make DG set or from their authorized services provider, GST registration certificate as per NIT, valid Electrical Contractor License, PAN, ERP Certificate as per NIT and Undertaking. Bidders must also provide an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper regarding debarment/suspension. The work is anticipated to take 12 months to complete.
