**Tender Description: Comprehensive Maintenance and Servicing of Station Transformer (ST 1 & 2) at Obra Thermal Power Plant** Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL), Lucknow, through its Energy Department, is pleased to invite bids for a comprehensive maintenance and servicing contract for Station Transformer (ST 1 & 2) located at the Obra Thermal Power Plant. This critical tender, with Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7843789, encompasses a wide range of essential services designed to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of these vital power generation assets. The scope of work includes the intricate shifting of filtration machines, the secure arrangement for transformer oil tank shifting using dry air or N2, and the meticulous dismantling and reassembly of high and low voltage links and jumpers. Furthermore, the tender mandates the draining and refilling of transformer oil, proactive attending to oil leakages, and the replacement of gaskets for all inspection covers and oil pipelines, including Pressure Relief Valves (PRVs). A significant component of this tender is the filtration of transformer oil to maintain its dielectric properties, alongside the thorough servicing of the On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC) mechanism and the ensuring of air venting and tightness.
