It also includes servicing or replacement of butterfly valves (50 mm NB, 65-80 mm NB, and 150 mm NB), gate valves (25mm NB, 50mm NB, and 80mm NB), and sluice way liners of 12-inch size. Furthermore, the tender requires overhauling of medium, small, and large-sized flushing pans, along with the complete overhauling of fluidizing valves and servicing of fluidizing pads within the ESP hoppers. Critical desilting and cleaning operations are also specified for the 50 mm NB LP water inlet pipeline and its header across multiple sizes (65, 80, 100, and 150 mm NB). The tender also includes the dismantling of transition pipes of 200 mm NB size, removal of choking from chimney hoppers, and the painting of apparatus and connected pipeline systems within the ESP area.
