Work Description - Rfp For Developing, Setting Up, Operating And Maintaining Commercial Spaces Through Licensing At Various Metro Stations Of Corridor-1 Of Agra Metro Rail Project.

The Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRCL) through its Director (WI), invites eligible and experienced bidders for an Open Tender, Reference Number AGPD-11, for a Request for Proposal (RFP) focusing on developing, setting up, operating, and maintaining commercial spaces through licensing at various metro stations located along Corridor-1 of the Agra Metro Rail Project. This significant works contract, operating on an Item Rate basis with a work period of 1095 days, seeks to enhance commercial viability within the Agra Metro network. Key dates for prospective bidders include the ePublication and Document Download Start Date on July 1st, 2026, at 11:00 AM. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted online on July 14th, 2026, at 03:00 PM, with clarifications ending at 06:00 PM on the same day. Bid submissions will commence from August 3rd, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with the deadline for both document download and bid submission set for August 13th, 2026, at 03:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on August 14th, 2026, at 03:00 PM at UPMRC, Lucknow. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹5,900 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹19,067 are required, both payable to UPMRCL (Agra Project) at Lucknow, though exemptions are allowed for eligible entities. Bidders must submit their proposals in a two-cover system: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including payment transaction proofs, PAN, GST, Power of Attorney, and Form of Tender), and Cover 2 for the financial Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Payments can be made via Demand Draft, Bank Guarantee, NEFT, or RTGS. The submitted bids will remain valid for 180 days from the bid opening date.
