Work Description - Cc Interlocking Tiles On The Internal Lanes Leading From The Main Road Bus Stand Towards The Baraat Ghar In Village Saidabad Khanpur Under The State Plan For The Year 2026-27.

The Public Works Department (PWD), a State Government and UT organization, through its Executive Engineer, CD, PWD Laksar, is pleased to invite eligible contractors for an Open Tender (Tender ID: 2026_pwd_97712_4, Reference No: Vide Letter No. 996/6A(Nivida) Dated 18.06.2026) for the critical civil works project titled "CC interlocking tiles on the internal lanes leading from the main road bus stand towards the Baraat Ghar in village Saidabad Khanpur under the State Plan for the year 2026-27." This project, located in Khanpur, involves road construction and is anticipated to have a work period of 180 days. Interested bidders can download tender documents and submit their bids starting from 16-Jul-2026 at 01:00 PM. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 04-Aug-2026 at 02:00 PM, with the bids scheduled to be opened on 05-Aug-2026 at 02:00 PM at the Office of EE, CD, PWD Laksar. A non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 3,540 is required, payable to EE CD PWD Laksar (through E-Challan) at Laksar. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,14,000 is also mandatory, payable to EE, CD, PWD Laksar at Laksar, either via Bank Guarantee (BG) or Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR), as EMD exemption is not allowed. The contract will be on an Item Rate basis, and bids will remain valid for 90 days. Prospective bidders are required to submit their proposals in a single cover, including scanned copies of all essential documents such as Challan, FDR, Validity Stamp, Registration, GST, Domicile, and other relevant documents in PDF format, along with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in XLS format. Withdrawal of bids is permitted.
