The New Okla Industrial Development Authority, through its DIRECTOR (H) based in SECTOR-39, NOIDA, invites eligible and interested contractors to participate in an Open Tender for the "Maintenance of Park, Green belt and RSP in Sectors 93, 110, 137, 141, along with the Health Center, Primary School Village Garhi Shahdra, and Elahaband Shamshan Ghat, including a two-year maintenance period." This critical civil works project, identified by Tender Reference Number 06/D(H)/DD(H)-III/2026-27, is valued at ₹66,57,104 and aims to ensure the upkeep and functionality of essential public infrastructure within NOIDA for a period of 730 days.
