The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services invites open tenders for the "REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO OLD/CORRODED/NON FUNCTIONAL GI PIPES AT MULTIPLE LOCATIONS IN AYODHYA CANT AND INCLUDING RELATED WORKS UNDER AGE(I) AYODHYA." The estimated tender value is ₹50,00,000. A percentage-based Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of 2.0%, amounting to ₹1,00,000, is required, payable to Ayodhya at AGE (I) Ayodhya Cantt. The tender fee is ₹500, payable to Ayodhya at AGE (I) Ayodhya Cantt. Tender documents can be downloaded from 27-Dec-2025 04:30 PM until 19-Jan-2026 06:00 PM. Bid submissions are accepted from 12-Jan-2026 09:00 AM to 19-Jan-2026 06:00 PM. The bid opening date is scheduled for 21-Jan-2026 11:00 AM at the office of AGE (I) Ayodhya Cantt. This is an item-rate contract with a work completion period of 270 days and a bid validity of 60 days. Tenderers must submit required documents in two covers. Cover 1 should include scanned copies of the application for tender documents, DD/Banker's Cheque for tender fee and EMD, enlistment letter in MES, GST registration and Provident Fund code, documents meeting enlistment criteria in MES, requisite documents proving eligibility, and the tender documents except the financial bid.
