The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, acting through the Offg GE I R AND D KANPUR, invites open tenders for "WELCOME MAINTENANCE AND PERIODICAL SERVICES IN DGQA AND DRDO POOL OFFICERS MD ACCN AT WAR MEMORIAL COLONY 60 SCIENTIST HOSTEL AND MES KEY PERSONNEL QUARTERS UNDER GE I R AND D KANPUR." This Item Rate contract, Tender ID 2025_MES_738046_1 and reference number 8458/E/8, is valued at ₹15,00,000 with a work period of 270 days. The tender documents are available for download from November 1st, 2025, until November 24th, 2025, 6:00 PM. Bids must be submitted starting November 16th, 2025, at 09:00 AM, and no later than November 24th, 2025, at 6:00 PM. The bid opening is scheduled for November 26th, 2025, at 12:00 PM at GE I R AND D KANPUR. The BOQ shall be submitted in Cover 2 i.e. Finance. Bid validity is 60 days.
