The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for special repair work to the external surfaces of multiple buildings (P-510, P-512, P-514, P-516, P-517, P-518, P-519, P-520, P-521, and P-523) under AGE BR-II of GE (AF) Adm Area at AF Station Agra, PIN 282008. This is a recall tender with reference number 8000-2299/E8, and the estimated tender value is ₹43,70,000. The project has a stipulated completion period of 180 days. Interested bidders can download the tender documents starting December 24, 2025, at 12:00 PM and must submit their bids by January 5, 2026, until 6:00 PM. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹87,400 is required, payable to GE AF Adm Area Agra, and can be submitted through BG/ST or EMD exemption. Additionally, a non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 is applicable. The bid opening date is scheduled for January 7, 2026, at 09:00 AM at the office of GE AF Adm Area Agra. Enlistment in MES and EPF & GST registration copies are required. Bidders must submit scanned copies of the application on their letterhead, along with a DD/Banker's cheque favoring GE AF Adm Area Agra, and BOQ. For unenlisted firms, scanned copies of documents meeting enlistment criteria in MES as per NIT with EMD are required. The contract will be an item rate contract and the bid validity is 60 days.
