The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites sealed online tenders (Open Tender) under Reference Number IWD/IE/2026-27/E Tender/C-27 Dated July 02, 2026, for the "Construction of Practice Tennis court at Institute Sports Council, Basketball and Badminton courts at Sarojini Bhawan and Volleyball and Badminton courts at C Class club of IIT Roorkee" in Roorkee. This significant Civil Works project is for a period of 180 days and will be executed under a Percentage form of contract. Interested bidders can download the tender documents from July 04, 2026, 06:00 PM, until July 27, 2026, 01:00 PM. Bid submission commences on July 17, 2026, 01:00 PM, with a firm closing deadline of July 27, 2026, 01:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on July 28, 2026, at 03:30 PM at IIT Roorkee. Both payments can be facilitated through Demand Draft, R-T-G-S, FDR, NEFT, or Bankers Cheque. Proposals must be submitted in two covers: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents, and Cover 2 for the Finance (BOQ) document.
