Comprehensive LED Lighting and Electrical Supplies for Indian Army

The Department of Military Affairs, under the Ministry of Defence, is seeking qualified suppliers for the procurement of a comprehensive range of lighting solutions and electrical accessories. This tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7708270, is being issued by the Indian Army organization based in Lucknow and is open for submissions from August 4, 2026, 6:00 PM, until August 5, 2026, 6:00 PM. The scope of work encompasses the supply of various LED luminaires, including those for floodlights conforming to IS 10322 (Part 5 Section 5) (V3), road and street lights conforming to IS 10322 (Part 5 Section 3) (V3), LED garden lights (V2), and LED batten lights (LED Tube Lights) (V2), all under the BIS Scheme - II and Q2 quality standards. Additionally, the tender includes specifications for specialized fittings such as 35-watt suspended hanging-type fittings, and a wide array of electrical wiring and distribution components. These include 6 Sqmm and 4 Sqmm 3-core wires, VTPN double 4-way distribution boards with MCCB and MCB, MCB Double Door SPN 12-way and 8-way distribution boards, 40 Amp isolators, MCB SP 32 Amp, MCB Double Door TPN 4-way distribution boards, MCB TPN 63 Amp, 10 Sqmm and 6 Sqmm 2-core flat cables, XLPE cables (35 Sqmm 3-point 5-core and 10 Sqmm 2-core), PVC gang boxes, piano switches (6 Amp), PVC casing and capping (15-20mm), 1.5 Sqmm single-core copper wire, integrated solar building security lights (25W) with GI pipes, LED bollards (10-12watt), solar integrated AIO post-top lanterns with designer poles (18 Watt), PVC junction boxes, 1.5 Sqmm 3-core copper wire, and architectural designer garden lights of varying heights (7 feet and 8 feet) along with architectural designer pole brackets. The tender also includes provisions for garden lights with aluminum covers and 15-20 Watt LED bulbs, as well as various MCB distribution boards (SPN 4-way, SPN 2-way) and MCB SPN 63 Amp. Flexion 5-meter LED strips are also part of the requirement. The total quantity of items to be supplied is 5835.
