GAIL (India) Limited, operating under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, is seeking qualified service providers for specialized inspection services at their Petrochemical Complex in Pata. This tender, identified by Bid Number GEM/2026/B/7781470, encompasses a comprehensive suite of non-destructive testing and leak detection services crucial for maintaining the integrity and operational efficiency of their critical equipment. The scope of work includes Eddy Current testing of both non-ferrous and ferrous exchanger tubes using the Conventional and Remote Field Eddy Current Testing techniques, respectively, in accordance with relevant ASTM standards. Furthermore, GAIL requires expert services for Helium Leak Detection surveys utilizing helium mass spectrometers with the Detector Probe Technique. This will be applied to exchangers/coolers (specifically 102-EE-402AB) and the surface condenser system of steam turbines ranging from 09-25 MW, all to be performed as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge.
