The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Garrison Engineer (North) Meerut Cantt, invites bids for an Open Tender (Reference Number: 8683/E8) for "SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO 72 RA LINE OF 148 LT AD REGT (COMP) UNDER AGE B/R-I AND AGE E/M-I OF GE (NORTH) MEERUT CANTT". This critical civil works project, located in Meerut, involves special repair work and is expected to be completed within 180 days. The contract will be on an Item Rate basis, allowing for a thorough evaluation of bids. Bids must be submitted in a two-cover system: Cover 1 for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including scanned copies of application, tender fee, MES enlistment letter, provident fund and GST registration certificates, EMD if applicable, and other mandatory documents as per NIT), and Cover 2 exclusively for the financial bid (BOQ duly quoted).
