Work Description - Repair Maint And Servicing Of Lt Distribution Panels And Ug Cable Network Alongwith Replacement Of End Joint Kits, Straight Through Joint Kits Of Xlpe Cable At Ayodhya Cantt Under Age (i) Ayodhya.

The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, specifically the Assistant Garrison Engineer (I) Ayodhya, invites eligible bidders for an Open Tender (Tender Reference Number: 8400/199/E8) for the comprehensive "REPAIR, MAINTENANCING, AND SERVICING OF LT DISTRIBUTION PANELS AND UG CABLE NETWORK ALONGWITH REPLACEMENT OF END JOINT KITS, STRAIGHT THROUGH JOINT KITS OF XLPE CABLE AT AYODHYA CANTT UNDER AGE (I) AYODHYA." This crucial electrical and maintenance works project, valued at approximately ₹10,00,000 (Rupees Ten Lakhs Only), is to be executed over a period of 180 days, with the contract structured on an Item Rate basis. Prospective bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,000 (or 2.0% of the estimated cost) and a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500, both payable to AGE (I) Ayodhya at Ayodhya.
