The E-IN-C Branch of the Military Engineer Services, through GE (East) Lucknow, invites eligible and experienced bidders for an Open Tender (Reference Number: GE/E/LKO/T-37 OF 2026-27; Tender ID: 2026_MES_776908_1) for comprehensive repair, maintenance, and cleaning services. The scope of work includes manholes, septic tanks, soak wells, and sewage lines, along with miscellaneous repairs to drains, paths/hardstandings, culverts, cattle traps, and garbage pits. These services are required specifically at Zone C and D of AGE B/R I, under the jurisdiction of GE (East) Lucknow, which is also the work location. This "Item Rate" contract has an estimated value of ₹49,00,000 (Forty-Nine Lakhs Indian Rupees) and a stipulated work period of 240 days. A fixed Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹98,000 (Ninety-Eight Thousand Indian Rupees) is required, payable to GE(EAST) LUCKNOW at LUCKNOW. The Tender Fee is ₹500 (Five Hundred Indian Rupees), payable to GE(EAST) LUCKNOW at LUCKNOW.
