The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, through its Tender Inviting Authority CWE No 2 Meerut (located at Headquarters, Commander Works Engineer No 2, Military Engineer Services, Boundary Road, Near Supply Depot, Meerut Cantt-250001), invites eligible contractors for an Open Tender (Tender ID: 2026_MES_775920_1, Reference Number: 95545/RKE/E8) for comprehensive Civil Works under an Item Rate contract. Prospective bidders are required to pay a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹30,000, both payable to GE Roorkee at Roorkee.
