Work Description - Repair Maint And Servicing Of Filteration Plants Pumpsets, Pipeline, Valves, Replenishing Chemicals And Other Related Works Swimming Pool Ayodhya Cantt Under Age (i) Ayodhya.

E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, through the Assistant Garrison Engineer (I), Ayodhya (AGE (I) Ayodhya), hereby invites Open Tenders from eligible and qualified firms for the comprehensive "REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, AND SERVICING OF FILTRATION PLANTS, PUMPSETS, PIPELINES, VALVES, REPLENISHING CHEMICALS, AND OTHER RELATED WORKS FOR THE SWIMMING POOL AT AYODHYA CANTT." This crucial Civil Works project, bearing Tender Reference Number 8400/208/E8, has an estimated value of ₹10,00,000 and is structured under an Item Rate contract with a stipulated period of work of 180 days. Interested bidders are required to pay a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹500 and submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹20,000 (or 2.0%), which can be exempted under specified conditions or paid via FDR, Demand Draft, or Bankers Cheque, payable to AGE I Ayodhya at Ayodhya. The tender process involves a two-cover system for submission. Cover 1 (Fee/PreQual/Technical) mandates the submission of scanned copies of the application, proof of tender fee and EMD, MES enlistment letter (or documents meeting enlistment criteria for unenlisted firms), GST and Provident Fund registration, and all other requisite documents as per Appendix A to NIT. Cover 2 (Finance) will contain the Bill of Quantities (BoQ). Bid submission will commence on 04-Aug-2026 at 09:00 AM, with the final deadline for bid submission and document download being 10-Aug-2026 at 06:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened on 18-Aug-2026 at 09:00 AM at the office of AGE (I) Ayodhya. All bids will remain valid for 60 days from the bid opening date.
