The E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, a Central Government Ministry/Department, through the Garrison Engineer (AF) Tech Area, Agra, invites sealed online tenders under an Open Tender system from eligible and qualified contractors for the critical work of "REPAIR/MAINT TO PLASTERING, TILING AND ASSOCIATED WORKS IN ZONE A UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AT AF STN AGRA." This significant civil works project, with an estimated value of ₹40,00,000 and a completion period of 180 days, will be executed on an Item Rate contract basis at AF Tech Area, Agra. Interested bidders are required to possess the necessary qualifications, including existing enlistment with MES (Class D and above, category a (i)), or meet the specified criteria for un-enlisted firms. A non-refundable tender fee of ₹500 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹80,000, payable to "GE TECH AREA AGRA" at Agra through specified offline instruments (Bankers Cheque/Demand Draft), are mandatory, with EMD exemption allowed for eligible parties. Bids must be submitted online in a two-cover system, comprising technical/pre-qualification documents and financial bids (BOQ), starting from June 26, 2026, 01:00 PM, and closing strictly on July 03, 2026, 06:00 PM.
