This development is slated for a commercial land parcel located in Mauja Shahpur, near the pump house (Arazi no. 284), within Gorakhpur. The project is designed to be executed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Mode, offering a strategic opportunity to contribute to urban infrastructure and commercial growth in the region.
