The Directorate of Local Bodies UP, a State Government authority, through its Chief Engineer, is pleased to invite competitive bids from eligible and qualified firms for the prestigious project titled "Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer of Food Court Complex at Mathura." This open tender, identified by Reference Number NNMV/44/26-27 DT 07.07.2026 and Tender ID 2026_DOLBU_1168194_1, seeks to engage a partner for the comprehensive development of a modern food court complex in Mathura, under an Item Rate contract framework. Interested bidders can download tender documents and commence bid submission from 03:00 PM on 10-Jul-2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 20-Jul-2026 at 03:00 PM at NNMV, Bhuteshwar Jalkal Compound, Mathura, with an option for online participation as detailed in the Request for Proposal (RFP) document.
