The Construction and Design Services UP Jal Nigam, a prominent State Government & UT entity, invites highly qualified and experienced firms to participate in an Open Tender (Reference No. 1825/Etender/170 Dt 12.05.2026) for the comprehensive project titled "Survey, Investigation and designing (Hydrographic, Hydraulic, Structural etc.) of Construction of Pre-Cast ODEN Drain at Meerut." This significant Civil Works initiative, located in Meerut, encompasses detailed hydrographic, hydraulic, and structural investigations and design, leading to the construction of a critical Pre-Cast ODEN Drain. The contract will be executed on a Percentage basis, with a stipulated project duration of 548 days. Interested bidders are required to submit a non-refundable Tender Fee of ₹ 23,600 and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,27,48,000. The tendering process, which commenced with ePublication on 13th May 2026 at 09:00 AM, necessitates a two-cover submission system: the first cover for Fee/Pre-Qualification/Technical documents (including scanned copies of Tender, EMD Fee, Technical documents, and a Capability Statement), and the second for the Financial bid (BOQ).
