The Directorate Cum Chief Engineer RED, a State Government and UT organization, through the Superintending Engineer (SE) RED Circle Basti, located at O/O SE RED Circle Basti, is pleased to invite eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender for the significant civil works project titled "Birdpur Chilhiya Marg se paraiya gaon tak pitch road nirman kary a".
