The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of a comprehensive medical facility at SIDCUL Haridwar. This composite project, detailed in NIT/RFP NO 06/EE&SM(C)-1/Rishikesh/2025-26, encompasses the construction of a 300-bedded Hospital Building, a 50-bed Super Specialty Hospital, a 2B+G+6 multilevel car parking structure, G+10 Type II quarters (28 Nos), S+7 Type III quarters (18 Nos), S+9 Type IV quarters (12 Nos), S+6 quarters, and various miscellaneous small buildings including a Bio-Chemical waste building, Canteen, and Sarai. The scope of work also includes development works, horticulture works, and associated miscellaneous tasks. Furthermore, this tender includes providing architectural assistant services along with a computer operator and MTS in the TLQA Branch office of ADG at Kendriya Sadan Sector 9A Chandigarh, for a period of 12 months. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 24,26,649. An EMD of ₹ 48,533 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer Dehradun Central Division II CPWD Dehradun. Mandatory documents include the enlistment order of an eligible CPWD-registered contractor, GST registration certificate or undertaking, copies of EMD deposition and the EMD itself, an ERP training certificate, and a copy of the PAN card.
