This comprehensive project encompasses the construction of an Academic cum Administrative Building (G+6), Residential Buildings including Type II and III (2 blocks, 72 Nos, S+9), Type IV and IVs (1 Block, 28 Nos, S+7), Type V (4 Blocks, 80 Nos, S+10) with Monolithic Concrete Construction technology, Type VI (1 Block, 14 Nos, S+7), Directors Residence (G+1, 3 nos), a 656-bedded Hostel Building (S+8) also utilizing Monolithic Concrete Construction technology, KCD (G+2), Guest House (G+2), a 500-seated Auditorium (GF), Health Centre (G+1), Community Centre (G), Commercial Facility Centre (S+1), and a Sports Complex (GF). The scope includes all internal and external services: Civil, Electrical, Mechanical including STP, WTP, Roads, Footpaths, Landscaping and Horticulture. Fire, GRIHA, and IGBC compliant building.
