Work Description - M/o Garden Area Attached To Different Income Tax Office Building At Bulandshahar, Aligarh, Moradabad, Mainpuri, Meerut, Bareilly, Mathura, Agra (u.p.) Dg. 2025-26. Sh: Providing And Displaying Of Different Kind Of Winter Seasonal Annual Plants And Empty Cemented Pots.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for horticulture and development works, specifically for the Maintenance of garden area attached to different Income Tax Office Buildings at Bulandshahar, Aligarh, Moradabad, Mainpuri, Meerut, Bareilly, Mathura, Agra (U.P.) dg. 2025-26. This includes Providing and displaying of different kind of winter seasonal annual plants and empty Cemented Pots, and is being tendered under NIT/RFP NO 67/DDH/Lucknow/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 9,25,824 and the time allowed for completion is 2 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 18,516 is required, payable in favor of Executive Engineer, Lucknow Central Division-I, CPWD, Lucknow via DD, FDR, or BG. Director (Hort.), CPWD, Enlistment Order of the Contractor in CPWD (Horticulture Category) along with all modifications therein,Scanned copy of GST Registration Certificate,Scanned copy of Certificate of Participation in ERP Training,Scanned copy of EPFO/ESIC Registration certificate issued by competent authority, Scanned copy of PAN, Scanned copy of the Acknowledgement of upto date filed return of GST, Scanned copy of undertaking of site inspection and undertaking regarding contractor near relative are not employed in any capacity in the Division office/Zone office.
