Work Description - Comprehensive Annual Maintenance & Operation Of 3 X 200 Tr Capacity Central Hvac Plant & 124 Hp Vrv/vrf System At Apratyasksh Kar Bhawan, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.

(AS PER NIT), Turnover- Average annual financial turnover on above works should be at least 50percent of the estimated cost put to tender during the immediate last three consecutive financial years, Profit/loss - The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during available last five consecutive balance sheet, duly audited and certified by the Chartered Accountant, Net worth certificate - Net worth certificate of minimum 10percent of the estimated cost put to tender issued by certified Chartered Accountants as per form B-1-Form B-1 FORM FOR CERTIFICATE OF NETWORTH FROM CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT It is to certify that as per the audited balance sheet (AS PER NIT), Bidding Capacity as per Form-C3 (AS PER NIT), Financial -Information (Form-A) (a) Financial Analysis -Details to be furnished duly supported by figures in balance sheet/ profit and loss account for the last five years duly certified by the Chartered Accountant, as submitted by the applicant to the Income Tax Department.
