Work Description - (i) Maintenance Of Electrical And Mechanical Services Of Income Tax Colony And Cgst Colony At Mp Nagar Meerut And Income Tax Colony At A Block Shastri Nagar, Meerut And (ii) Various Contingencies For Ongoing Construction / Maintenance Works Under Ghaziabad Electrical Division And Meerut Electrical Sub-division. (sh- Hiring Of Vehicle At Meerut Electrical Sub-division Cpwd, Meerut).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open tenders for the composite work involving (i) Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical services of Income Tax colony and CGST Colony at MP Nagar Meerut and Income Tax Colony at A Block Shastri Nagar, Meerut and (ii) Various contingencies for ongoing construction / maintenance works under Ghaziabad Electrical Division and Meerut Electrical sub-Division, specifically for hiring of vehicles at Meerut electrical sub-Division CPWD, Meerut. This project, referenced as Recall/339/AE(E)/MESD/2025-26, has an estimated cost of ₹ 5,70,180 and a completion timeline of 12 months. Interested bidders must submit a bid with a percentage bid type and provide an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 11,404 via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), Hindan Central Electrical Division, CPWD, AFS Hindan, Ghaziabad. Mandatory documents for submission include, but are not limited to, a copy of the original EMD, receipt for EMD deposition, Enlistment Order of the Contractor in CPWD, Vehicle Registration Certificate, Valid Electrical License, PAN card, Personal Information, GST Registration, and Certificate of ERP training issued through LMS, CPWD.
