The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open percentage bids for maintenance and repair work at various buildings including the Pharmacy Building, Metal Mineral Lab, Old officer Building, Mini Pharmacy building, Museum building, Toilet block, and NRDR building at CARI Jhansi (U.P.) for the year 2026-27, encompassing day-to-day complaint attendance and material supply, as well as special types of work. The NIT/RFP number for this tender is 01/EE/GPD/GWL/2026-27. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 32,65,392, and the time allowed for completion is 12 months.
