The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of a New Administrative Building (S+6) and Senate Building (G+1) at IIT Roorkee, Uttarakhand. This composite project includes comprehensive civil and electrical/mechanical works, encompassing internal EI, internal services, fire fighting, fire alarm systems, lifts, UPS, CCTV, IP PBX, street lighting, overhead and underground water tanks with pumps, VRF and HVAC systems, passive LAN, external development works, internal roads, paths, external services, solar water heating, roof top solar photovoltaic power generation, DG set, and substation equipment. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 96,52,79,725 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,06,52,800 payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, CPWD Dehradun Central Division-I. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission end date of April 13, 2026, at 03:00 PM and a bid opening date of April 13, 2026, at 03:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 25, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the SE & PD Office, IIT Project Roorkee.
