Work Description - Construction Of 150 Bedded Critical Care Hospital And Vertical Extension For 5th Floor Of Existing Trauma Centre Hospital (sh: Vertical Extension Of Ups Building, Construction Of Sub Station, Mgps, Bore Well And Bio Medical Waste Building Including Internal Ei Work, Etp, Sub Station, Hvac And Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm & Lift Etc.)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of a 150 Bedded Critical Care Hospital and vertical extension for the 5th floor of an existing Trauma Centre Hospital at BHU, Varanasi. This composite project includes the vertical extension of the UPS Building, construction of a sub-station, MGPS, bore well, and bio-medical waste building, incorporating internal EI work, ETP, sub-station, HVAC, fire fighting systems, fire alarm, and lifts. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 12,18,63,342 (Twelve Crore Eighteen Lakh Sixty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Forty Two Rupees), and the project timeline is 5 months. A bid security (EMD) of ₹ 22,18,634 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, BHU Project Division-II, CPWD, Varanasi.
