The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for outsourcing the maintenance of civil works related to day-to-day maintenance and special repairs for the official and residential colony at Special Bureau CEC, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, during 2025-26. This includes the specific sub-work of renovation of wooden almirah & wardrobe in the office building at the same location. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 1,88,426, and the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 3,769, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer, Lucknow Central Division-I, CPWD, Lucknow. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 02-Feb-2026 at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 02-Feb-2026 at 03:30 PM. Mandatory documents for submission include the Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay order or Bankers Cheque /Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD, Enlistment Order of the Contractor along with all modifications therein, GST Registration Certificate or an undertaking, a copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer (including NIT issuing EE/AE), CPWD, and a copy of the agency letterhead with a valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number.
