The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the annual comprehensive maintenance of eight passenger OTIS lifts, each with a 544 Kg capacity and 1.0 Mtr/Sec speed, installed at the GPO Building, Sanjay Place, Agra. This is the third re-call of NIT number 68/NIT/EE(E)-Agra/AE(E)-Agra/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹3,71,484 with a time allowance of 12 months. A mandatory EMD of ₹7,430 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, ACD, CPWD, AGRA. Tender documents can be downloaded and bids submitted from December 4th, 2025, with a submission deadline of December 15th, 2025, at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened on December 15th, 2025, at 03:30 PM.
