Work Description - Providing Services Of Third -party Quality Assurance (tpqa) Of Construction Of 100 Bedded Esic Hospital Building I/c 32 Nos Staff Quarters At Marshal Pitch, Kanker Khera Meerut Up On Engineering, Procurement And Construction (epc) Basis For All Civil And Electrical Works Covered Under Agreement No. 07/ee/meerut/cpwd/2025-26 (main Agreement)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for providing Third-Party Quality Assurance (TPQA) services for the construction of a 100 Bedded ESIC Hospital Building including 32 Staff Quarters at Marshal Pitch, Kanker Khera, Meerut, UP, on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis. This encompasses all Civil and Electrical Works covered under Agreement No. 07/EE/Meerut/CPWD/2025-26 (Main Agreement). The NIT/RFP NO is 02/2026-27/EE/MD(Recall). The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 78,46,223 and EMD is ₹ 1,56,924 which can be paid via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, made in favour of EE-Meerut.
