The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, hereby invites bids for the comprehensive construction of an Academic cum Administrative Building, G+6 Residential Buildings (Type II and III - 2 Blocks, 72 Units), S+9 Residential Buildings (Type IV and IVs - 1 Block, 28 Units), S+7 Residential Buildings (Type V - 4 Blocks, 80 Units), and S+10 Residential Buildings (Type VI - 1 Block, 14 Units), all utilizing Monolithic Concrete Construction Technology. This project also includes the construction of a Kitchen cum Dining facility (G+2), a Guest House (G+2), a 500-seated Auditorium (GF), a Health Centre (G+1), a Community Centre, a Commercial Facility Centre (S+1), and a Sports Complex (GF). The scope encompasses all internal and external services, including Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical works, along with Sewage Treatment Plant (STP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), roads, footpaths, landscaping, and horticulture. The buildings are to be Fire, GRIHA, and IGBC compliant, forming a functional permanent campus for IISER at Berhampur, Odisha. A special instruction (SH) specifies carrying out lift work at the risk and cost of the main agency under clause 14. The estimated cost for this extensive project is ₹ 45,77,791, with a stipulated time for completion of 45 days. Bids are to be submitted electronically, with the submission period commencing on 24-Aug-2026 at 09:34 PM and concluding on 01-Sep-2026 at 03:00 PM.
