The Chief Executive Officer, THCB, a State Government authority, through its DEO (PD-II), invites eligible and experienced bidders for an Open Tender for the comprehensive "Construction of Museum cum Library and 500 seated Auditorium with Modern facilities at TR and CI Premises Lembucherra Mohanpur West Tripura on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis." This significant project, identified by Tender Reference Number 03/EPC-3/THCB/PD-II/2026-27 and Tender ID 2026_THCB_74474_1, is located in Lembucherra, Agartala, and has an estimated Tender Value of ₹ 32,68,00,000.
