The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the construction of the Eklavya Model Residential School (EMRS) Building, Phase-II, located at Karbuk, Dist:- Gomati, State:- Tripura. This composite work encompasses the construction of a building including a 0.25 Unit Boys Hostel, a 0.25 Unit Girls Hostel, 1 Principal residence, 4 Type-II Quarters, and 16 transit Quarters, further including Internal Water Supply & Sanitary Installations, Electrical installations, Drainage, and Site Development. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 15,26,36,030 (Fifteen Crore Twenty Six Lakh Thirty Six Thousand and Thirty Rupees) and requires a security deposit ₹ 25,26,360 in the form of DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer Tripura Central Division-I CPWD Agartala. The NIT/RFP NO is 30/NIT/CE/AGT/2025-26. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 10-Mar-2026 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 10-Mar-2026 03:30 PM.
